Despite the COVID-19 pandemic having begun as a health crisis, first and foremost, the much larger picture of its overall impact will be affected by how well business operations and supply chains react to this rapidly changing situation.
For this webinar held in collaboration with Chamber patron IESE, Professor Jaume Ribera who is a Professor of Operations Management at the university’s Business School will draw from the legacies of previous global health disasters to analyse the general life cycle of a crisis.
